About Us.
'Lil Grower’s is founded in recognition of the fact that many of our public schools are facing budget cuts and layoffs. As a result our schools are facing higher student to teacher ratio.
'Lil Grower’s purpose is to function alone, and with others to increase a child's desire to learn by committing to providing the necessary tools and resources to empower children to become the best they can be.
'Lil Grower’s strives to provide a hands-on learning experience to children of families that are considered by national standards to be low income, disabled or otherwise disadvantaged.
We seek to do this through working closely with local schools, libraries, businesses, community organizations and other nonprofits.
'Lil Growers will work endlessly to reduce school dropout rates by providing innovative child center indoor and outdoor hands-on activities. Thus providing an incentive for a student to want to stay in school and enhance their learning process.
We adhere to the belief that the function of education is to enable an individual to become a more efficient and productive member of society.

Seeks your support in assisting our youngest student population, EC-4 , in a fun filled hands- on journey of learning by doing.
The goal for our young students is to achieve a working knowledge of math, science, reading and writing in a fun filled and safe environment.

Having a bachelor's degree in early childhood education, over 40 years of nursing, and being a pioneer in the Houston Livestock Show and Rodeo and HISD FFA, Gerald is well equipped for child care, teaching, and guiding adolescents in hands on learning.
